Healthcare professionals face numerous challenges and stressful situations every day. It is the goal of Oasis to offer programmes that can enhance staff's resilience to adversity and stress. The programmes help colleagues understand the causes of stress, methods to manage stress and relaxation techniques. The programmes also help nurture a positive mindset and attitude to improve mental and physical health.

Oasis provides certificate courses based on the Critical Incident Stress Management model to Critical Incident Support Team (CIST) members to enhance their techniques in handling critical incidents.
