History Oasis – Center for Personal Growth and Crisis Intervention was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of Corporate Clinical Psychology Services (CCPS), which is a service established in 1996 by the Hospital Authority (HA). Oasis aims to improve mental health among HA colleagues and provide professional and confidential counselling and related services.
