After the Luxor hot air balloon crash in 2013 resulted in the death of 9 Hong Kong residents, HA immediately sent clinical psychologists to join the Emergency Response Team (ERT) of "Emergency Response Operation Outside the Hong Kong SAR (EROOHK)" to assist Hong Kong residents.
