Since its establishment in 2001 by Corporate Clinical Psychology Services, the Advisory Committee on Personal Growth & Development Services of Oasis has invited professionals from all walks of life to become its members. These members provide professional advice and consultation for the personal growth and development services of Oasis.
Services provided by members include:
- Providing suggestions and guidance on the centre's Personal Growth and Development Services

Organising personal growth and development activities to:
- Educate colleagues on the importance of mental health
- Enhance colleagues' problem-solving skills and resilience against stress and adversity
- Improve colleagues' mental health
- Encourage colleagues' personal growth and development
- Provide psychological and related consultation services through "Consultation Services for HA Staff" and "Consultation & Caring Services for the Sick Staff & Their Significant Others" (applicable to certain advisors)
